Event Planning - Tiffin University Career Fairs

Below is the preparation work that was done for the School of Business Career Fair between prep week and the day of the event. Prep week was curated with the intent of helping students prepare for the career fair in different areas on different days throughout the week. On Monday, we reviewed resume best practices, and then Tuesday was designed for appropriate attire when speaking to professionals, etc.
The document also outlines our to-do list and what we had to collect for the event.
To get students excited, every time a person participated in each day of prep week and attended the career fair, and scanned the QR code on an employer table, they were entered into a $50.00 bookstore gift card raffle. We turned the event into a scavenger hunt game to entice students to talk to as many employers as possible.
This invitation letter went out to professionals for the Criminal Justice and Ohio Council of Criminal Justice Education Career Fair after reviewing who was on our invite list and adding new opportunities to the document.
Email communication that was curated to go out on the day of the 1st Arts Sciences Career Fair at Tiffin University to employers who registered to attend the event.
I made a blank template for the office to utilize after I graduated to make sure all areas are being to ensure a smooth transition without having to keep making a new document for new Graduate Assistant hires.
